Japanese company Toshiba has launched its Journe Air 801 and Journe Air 1000 digital photoframes with integrated Wi-Fi modules which give direct, easy connections to Flickr and Picasa albums.
Users can now change and display pictures from large internet-based collections without having to load them directly onto the device. It comes with the Journe Scan, a portable scanner which can digitalise print pictures, helping to bring them to life and keep safe from degradation.
Journe Air 801 Digital Photoframe also offers 128MB of integrated Flash Memory, along with the capacity to support SD, MMC, MS, MS Pro and XD memory cards to expand space. It has 50 minute battery life so users can transport the digital frame from its usual home in order to share images with friends and family without connecting to a power cable.
The Air 801 model is gloss black and silver trim finish. It offers a light and tilt sensor, integrated speakers, an alarm, clock and calendar. In addition it includes full touch sensor controls and Sub-View and 3D Album modes. Sub-View allows the Air 801 to interact with computers virtually by extending the surface of desktops.
Journe Air 1000 Digital Photoframe comes with 1GB of integrated Flash Memory, along with the capacity to support SD, MMC, MS, MS Pro and XD memory cards to expand storage space. It also has a crisp 10" 16:9 LED backlit LCD TFT screen which displays crystal clear images.
