 West Bengal: The Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (IIT-Kh) will conduct an entrance test for admission to LL.B. (Hons) with specialization in Intellectual Property Rights on May 6, 2012.
Candidates having first class Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Engineering, Medicine, or equivalent can apply. Besides, those holding Master's Degree in Pharmacy or Science are also eligible.
Aspirants who have completed MBA with first class along with any of the above mentioned specializations can also appear.
Registration can be done online by payment of application fees. However, women are not required to pay the application fees.
The last date for submitting online application forms is March 26, 2012 while hard copy of forms will be received till April 2, 2012.
Written test will be conducted at Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Delhi. Candidates who will be appearing for the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) are exempted from the written test. They will be short listed for Group Discussion and Personal Interview on the basis of their percentile ranks in the LSAT- India 2012.
