 Berggruen Hotels Pvt Ltd has signed a management contract with Shraddha Resorts Pvt Ltd to operate the Keys Hotel Shirdi. With 80 rooms, the hotel will have a restaurant, lounge, board rooms, a business centre, an activity zone and gymnasium, and is scheduled to open by December 2012. Sanjay Sethi, Managing Director and CEO, Berggruen Hotels said, "This is our first venture in the pilgrim market and we are glad to be associated with Shraddha Resorts pvt Ltd, the hospitality arm of Sangram Realty, one of the leading property developers from Pune."
Commenting on the association, Sangram Deshmukh, CMD, Shraddha Resorts Pvt Ltd stated, "We are delighted to be associated with Keys Hotels, a national chain, with hotels operational across the country, and look forward to a long-standing association." Apart from Shirdi, Keys Hotels is also looking for opportunities in other pilgrim markets like Tirupati, Puri, Haridwar, Ajmer, Bodh Gaya, Katra and Rameshwaram.
