 Acer has recently announced the launch of its Iconia Tab A200 in the US. The tablet carries a 25.64-cm (10.1-inch) screen and runs on Android Honeycomb OS with an Ice Cream Sandwich update scheduled for mid-February. The tablet comprises Nvidia's Tegra 2 processor with a 1280 x 800 pixel display. The device also features a 2 MP front-facing camera with a microSD slot, 1 GB RAM and a USB 2.0 port. According to company claims, the tablet supports up to eight hours of battery life.
As for the pricing, the A200 comes in two models-- the 8 GB priced at $329 and the 16 GB at $349. The Iconia A200 comes in both red and black colours. The company has also announced a free upgrade to Android Ice Cream Sandwich over the Honeycomb version.
