 UTV has acquired the remake rights of South Korean film My Girlfriend Is an Agent (MGIAA). The Hindi remake of this will be directed by choreographer Bosco (of Bosco-Caesar fame) while Imtiaz Ali and his wife Preety Ali will be on board as creative producer and co-producer respectively.
MGIAA is the story of two spies who have been assigned on a mission to stop a Russian crime group from stealing an advanced chemical weapon. The film is a wild action rom-com that broke Box Office records when it released in South Korea.
