The Company announced the release of new innovative LED and LCD Flat Panels TVs, new 21" Slim TV model, Frost Free refrigerator models - series 54 and 59 with convertible freezer section and its new top loading fully automatic washing machine range with 'Wobble Technology'. The market leader in Flat Panel TVs, both in India and globally, Samsung is looking at flat panel televisions, including its smart TV range, and its home appliance product ranges to drive the growth during this festival period.
Samsung is the first in the industry to launch the 3D Video-on-Demand service free for existing and new owners of Samsung Smart TVs. The introduction of 3D VOD service is in line with Samsung's strategy to offer rich content for its Smart TV users.
The Digital Still Camera category has also been extended with the introduction of MV800, world's first compact camera with a flip-up screen for easy shooting. The MV800 is a 16.2 MP compact camera, packed features that will help to shoot great self-portraits with its folding touch screen and phone-style software that makes it extremely easy to use.
