 Joining the likes of designers like Ritu Beri, Malini Ramani and Gaurav Gupta who already have their own line of children's wear, young designer Sonya Vajifdar too has ventured in this field.
She says, "The kids market is becoming huge and I always wanted to design for kids at some point. With icons like Suri Cruise (daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes), this trend is sure to catch on and this is the best time as more high-end kids' boutiques are opening. Also more kids are becoming very fashion conscious and deciding for themselves what they should wear."
