Kanpur: The 35th general conference of the Kanpur Division Insurance Employees Association (KDIEA) wills he held at the LIC building on July 23 and 24.
A rally and an open conference will be held on the opening day. Former MP Subhashini Ali, Com Srikant Mishra, Ashok Tiwari and NK Pachauri will be main speakers on the opening day.
The speakers will discuss various issues related to insurance employees, besides following five main issues, viz check on privatisation of insurance and public sector, control over inflation, an appropriate law to curb corruption, withdrawal of Insurance Lodge Amendment Bill and LIC Act Amendment Bill and check of FDI in banks, insurance and retail sector.
