Chandigarh: Marriott International has joined hands with Chandigarh-based telecom infrastructure company, Lokpriya Buildwell, a real estate arm of Synergy Group to set up the hotel.
The Rs 350 crore properties have 165 rooms with four suites and one presidential suite.
The official announcement of the hotel launch was made in the presence of Don Cleary, Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific; Rajeev Menon, Area Vice President, India, Malaysia, Maldives and Australia; Deepak Manocha, General Manager, JW Marriott Chandigarh and Harpal Singh, Chairman, Synergy Group.
