Mumbai: Best Western India is in the process of setting up a property at Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams in Andhra Pradesh.
The proposed hotel with 200 rooms and an investment of Rs 20-25 lakh per room will be ready in the next 18-24 months.
"Tirupati on an average, witness about 70,000 visitors per day during the peak season and the off-season is not very different. Devotees on these pilgrim visits prefer to stay in branded properties which assure good service and that is exactly what we intend to provide," said Sudhir Sinha, President and COO, Best Western India.
