Shimla: Vikramaditya Singh, the son of Union minister V B Singh announced the formation of Himachal Sports, Culture and Environment Association.
The first major event to be organised by the association is Raja Padam Singh memorial cricket tournament.
Former Indian cricket captain Azharuddin has been invited to the tournament to be sponsored by Punjab King's XI and JP University.
