Mumbai: Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) has launched their new corporate and luxury website.
The corporate website reflects the new brand architecture showcasing the three brands, Taj, Vivanta by Taj and The Gateway Hotel. Further, the website positions the 25 properties into five distinct clusters, namely Grand Palaces & Iconic Hotels, City Hotels, Taj Safaris, Luxury Residences and Taj Exotica Resort & Spa.
The website has been designed by Razorfish, and the revamped e-commerce segment of the website has deployed a customised engine to facilitate ease of navigation and bookings. Ajoy Misra, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, IHCL said, "The design is a result of extensive consumer research and is deep rooted in digital technology and creativity to create customer experiences that are dynamic, elegant and interesting."
