Gurgaon: The DHBVN has set up a call centre that will cover both the rural and urban areas of Gurgaon where residents can register their power complaints.
There are over 23,000 connections in rural Gurgaon. The MD of DHBVN, Mohammed Shayin, made an announcement about the launch of the toll-free number (18001801615) on Friday. Shayin said that the call centre will accept and register complaints through multiple channels. It will forward the registered complaints to the respective offices or the task teams for timely redressal and follow-up until the complaint is resolved.
The inbound and outbound interactions with the consumers will happen through voice, e-mails, web chat, fax and SMS.
