Bhopal: The state run telecom operator BSNL opened a call centre for its wireless phone subscribers in Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Chhattisgarh.
BSNL's GSM and CDMA subscribers and retailers will have to dial 1503, 1502 and 1501 to register their grievances and queries with the centre.
BSNL's services in MP and Bhopal have taken a beating. Although 10,000 users have opted for their service, almost double the number have shifted over to private players following the launch of Mobile Number Portability (MNP).
