Gurgaon: School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), a business school, is offering a one-year programme titled Career Reconnect for Women.

The programme will help women gain insight into relevant and contemporary areas of business that will help them rejoin corporate life or start their own entrepreneurial venture.

There is an Individual Development Plan in the programme in which the student will undergo psychometric assessments.

Other key features are: Application Focus in which it will be seen if students can apply concepts that they learn and Action Learning where students will work on real life projects.

Another programme to be introduced this year by the school is Early Entrepreneur Development Programme aimed at those who may be first-time entrepreneurs or have a family business.
