Guwahati: Guwahati University has launched the northeast's first community campus radio called 'Radio Luit'.
This is to spread awareness, entertain and to highlight community issues among people.
Named after the River Brahmputra, Radio Luit 90.8 FM, will provide a wonderful opportunity to students to showcase their talent and also avail its facilities to learn as well.
The students in association with residents of the city will initially produce a daily programme highlighting issues related to education, agriculture, entertainment and problems relating to the community that will be broadcast in the evening.
