Gangtok: Sikkim has organized its first ever art festival in Gangtok to create awareness among the locals about art and environment safety.
The 11-day-long 'Blooming Sikkim Public Art Festival' started on March 21 and will end on March 31.
The festival includes artworks that address ecological issues affecting Sikkim and the world.
Artists from Switzerland, Bangladesh, Germany, New Delhi and Sikkim, working with a variety of media like sound, interactive video installations, among others are participating in the event
