Gurgaon: The association of BPOs conducted a one-day workshop on Friday where 26 SHOs were trained for 'Enhancing Personal Effectiveness'.
The move is under a PPP model between Business Process Industry Association of India (BPIAI), and its member firms, led by Quatro BPO Solutions Pvt Ltd and the district police.
The key aspects of the training programme included self-management and understanding team processes and explained why team work was the most important element in ensuring success.
