Gurgaon: City-based real estate developer, Aerens Gold Souk International Ltd (AGIL), has ventured into the hospitality sector by joining hands with US-based hospitality giant Wyndham Hotel Group.
AGIL will build four hotels one each in Kochi, Chennai, Ludhiana and Hisar under Wyndham Hotel Groups Ramada brand. On the other hand the group is also planning to set up more Ramada hotels in Karnal, Doraha, Jagadhari and Ambala in the next phase.
As part of the alliance, a hotel management institute would also be set up in the state. Amit Gupta, vice chairman and MD, AGIL, said: This alliance will prove to be milestone for us in strengthening our position in the hospitality sector in the next five years.
