Ranchi: The trophy for the Jharkhand Premier League (JPL) was unveiled at a ceremony organized at International Cricket Stadium on Friday.
The local tournament on IPL model will start from Sunday with Dhanbad Diamonds meeting Frontline Jamshedpur Jaanbaaz in the inaugural match.
Everyday, two matches will be played and five teams are participating in the event. All the matches will be played under floodlights in the newly constructed stadium of JSCA.
