The Autocar Performance Show is not just another auto show, but a one-of-a-kind event dedicated to car and bike enthusiasts in this country. The Autocar Performance Show features the entire gamut of performance products; from the most powerful and expensive cars and bikes in the country to purpose-built single-seater racing cars; from modifications that enhance vehicle performance to accessories that make cars look better, the latest sound systems and multi-media technology. There's even a specially constructed 4X4 track where visitors can get a real taste of off-roading.
The first Autocar Performance Show was held in 2005 at Mumbai's Nehru Centre and with each passing year, the show has become bigger and better. The long list of exhibitors that have participated over the years include name like Audi, Bajaj, BMW, Chevrolet, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar - Land Rover Lamborghini, Mahindra, Mitsubishi, Porsche, Yamaha and TVS. These brands have used this platform to showcase their latest and their best products. Over 80,000 visitors last year bear testimony to the show's high-adrenaline appeal.
The show is organised by Autocar India, the leading automobile magazine in the country that has set the standard for automotive journalism in the country since its launch in September 1999.
