Moser Baer has launched what it claims to be the world's slimmest 8GB USB flash drive. Measuring 2.3mm thin, this new USB flash drive comes with embedded LED and weighs mere 1.3 grams.
These slim USB drives are better than the optical media which stand a chance of being damaged easily. Of course, we aren't considering the price factor between both the products.
New Moser Bear micro USB flash drive with embedded LED measures just 29.4 x 12.4 x 2.3mm inter terms of dimensions. The company has equipped these micro USB Flash drives with advanced "Chip-on-Board technology" that offers up to 8GB of flash storage to fit into an incredibly small-and-slim case. The attached lanyard on this USB flash drive will allow you to hook it to a keychain or mobile phone.
These new micro Moser Baer USB flash drives support USB 2.0/1.1 interface and are compatible with Windows 7 (or earlier), Mac OS X and Linux platforms.
