Mukherjee said that the Corporate travel portal which is currently under development will be launched in the next six months. "The Corporate travel portal that we are developing is one of its kinds and will certainly change the way corporate travel is being conducted in the country today. We have almost three decade of experience in the travel business. We understand that there's a huge gap in terms of demand and supply in the travel solutions sector in India," added Mukherjee.
When asked about their B2B expansion plans, Mukherjee said that the Group plans to establish about 5,000 franchisee stores across India by 2015. At least ten to 12 stores will be opened in select Tier I cities by the end of this financial year. However, he said that the expansion would be purely through franchisee model.
