 New Delhi : The absence of rain for over a day has caused a rise in temperature and humidity levels today but some relief appears on the cards on Aug 30 with the weatherman predicting light showers.
The humidity swung between 58 and 94 per cent while the mercury registered an increase, touching a maximum of 35 degree Celsius which is a degree above the normal for this period of year. The maximum temperature for the past ten days was below normal levels, officials said.
The minimum also shot up above normal levels to touch 27.4 degree Celsius. This was two degrees above normal. The Weatherman has predicted a partly cloudy sky with possibility of light rains or thunderstorm in some areas with temperature expected to oscillate between 26 and 36 degree Celsius.
