Allahabad : In the Suranjali programme organised every Saturday by North Central Zone Cultural Centre at its auditorium, the rich array of cultural heritage of the country in the form of folk songs would be showcased on August 14, 2010.
Informing this, Usha Dhal, administrative officer said that Rakesh Pandit of Allahabad would present `qawwalli', Saumya Verma of Allahabad would showcase her talent in light music, Devendra Mishra hailing from Deoria along with Ayushi Mishra and Arunika Gupta would exhibit their talent in folk songs. All the art lovers have been urged to participate in the programme and give encouragement to the local artists.
