Bengaluru : Peppermint Hospitality, which has opened its first property 'Peppermint Hotel' at Millennium City Centre in Gurgaon on Aug 5, plans to operate 30 hotels in 26 cities by FY 2012-13 across India. Peppermint Hotel is the boutique budget hotel of the Group. However, for the upcoming properties, the Group will follow three modes of operations i.e. leased, managed and joint ventures.
Arjun Baljee, Managing Director, Peppermint Hospitality said, "After two years of extensive market research and analysis, we have targeted to operate 30 hotels in 26 cities. We have nine hotels under development in Jaipur, Vadodara, Jodhpur and Bengaluru. We are also in discussions with potential partners to set up 22 hotels at Udaipur, Jaisalmer (Rajasthan), Bekal, Kumarakom, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala)."
