Justice Bhagwati Prasad to be take oath as new Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court
Justice Bhagwati Prasad would be administered oath of office of new Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court on August 22.
Official sources said Governor MOH Farook would administer the oath to Justice Prasad.
'Justice Susheil Harkouli was the acting CJ of HC after acting Justice M Y Iqbal shifted to Madras High court', according to reports. Former HC Justice Gyan Sudha Mishra was elevated to the Supreme Court.
