'So, I can capture the best of life within a moment' says model-photographer Sheetal Mallar. "Right since I was a child, I enjoyed the feeling of holding a camera and taking pictures. I was so drawn to photography that I had a stack of magazines which featured interesting faces, portraits, and landscapes"; she says.
She goes on to say, "I religiously added new editions to my collection. And in the last many years, as a professional model, my familiarity with the camera angles started to come handy. In my mind, I trained myself to click pictures. I remember the day, I had bought my professional camera, I called all my friends to show my new possession. And it was one of the happiest days of my life. Even on holidays with my friends, I used to be the official photographer."
Sheetal adds, "Last year, I was invited by the Delhi Fashion Week to do my interpretation of the Week, and I had a ball by clicking pictures backstage of models getting their make-up done, of society biggies partying, front row invitees cheering the showstoppers and more. Now, there's no stopping the photographer in me."
