Pandey, Vinay Kumar, Ojha find place among Twenty20 probables
 

Chennai : Karnataka's young batsmen Manish Pandey, fast bowler R Vinay Kumar and Madhya Pradesh wicketkeeper Naman Ojha are three new faces in India's 30-member list of probables for the Twenty20 World Cup being held in the West Indies in April-May.

Selectors, who met here on Feb 25 under the chairmanship of Kris Srikkanth, also went ahead with a host of young players like Abhimanyu Mithun, Wriddhiman Saha, Sudeep Tyagi and Abhishek Nayar.

Uttar Pradesh bowlers Rudra Pratap Singh and Piyush Chawla and Baroda pacer Munaf Patel are back in the reckoning while Ishant Sharma, who has been out of form, has also found a place among the probables.

The list: Virender Shewag, Gautam Gambhir, Dinesh Karthick, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Yusuf Pathan, Ravindra Jadeja, Harbhajan Singh, Zaheer Khan, Praveen Kumar, Sreesanth, Sudeep Thyagi, Rohit Sharma, Ashish Nehra, Ishant Sharma, Abhishek Nayar, Wridhman Saha, Naman Ojha, Piyush Chawla, Abhimanyu Mithun, Manish Pandey, Rudra Pratap Singh, Munaf Patel, Murali Vijay, Vinay Kumar, Amit Mishra, Pragyan Ojha, Virat Kholi and Ravichandran Ashwin.
