Opera has launched a native version of its popular Opera Mini browser for Windows Mobile 6 devices. This native version does not require java support and works on older Windows Mobile 5 handsets as well. Even the latest version of the OS should be supported.
This version of Opera Mini has all the features the existing Java version comes with. These include tabbed browsing, Speed Dial, bookmarks and a password manager. Externally too, the browser doesn't look much different from its other versions.
Like the other versions of Opera Mini, this native Windows Mobile version too compresses data traffic by up to 90 percent and thereby results in faster page loading and reduced data use.
