Micromax Mobile has launched its latest handset, the C112 in India. Along with the launch, it was also announced that the C112 will come bundled with an offer that would enable customers to get a new Tata Indicom connection free along with the phone.
The Micromax C112 is a basic handset that comes with a 1.44 inch, 65k, 128*128 screen. It is large and vibrant enough to provide decent legibility reading and watching stuff. The phone is touted to be an "FM handset" and obviously sports a FM Radio receiver with features like 20 channels and scheduled FM recording. It also comes with a Hindi keypad, mobile tracker and a calendar.

With the Tata Indicom tie-up, users get 200 minutes talk-time with per second billing option. Subscribers also have the option of recharging with a RCV of Rs. 38 as many times they want till May 31, 2010 and avail free local talk time of 200 minutes. The validity for each instalment of promotional talk-time is 30 days. The offer is aimed at Tata Indicom's new prepaid.
