 Bhubaneswar : Healthcare major Apollo Hospitals Group opened a state-of-the-art tertiary care facility here on March 5.
The 350-bed facility erected over 7.5 acre land at an investment of Rs 120 crore was inaugurated by Orissa Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik who affirmed his government's resolve to provide quality health care services to all sections of people. The hospital would offer advanced treatment and health care services in all major disciplines like cardiology, cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, neurosciences, nephrology, urology, gastroenterology and gastro-surgery.
According to Apollo group Chairman Pratap C Reddy, the hospital in Bhubaneswar would be the first to have portable colour doppler unit, advanced neo-natal intensive care unit 64 slice CT scan and plasma coagulation equipment.
