Epson annual nDimension Awards for Epson Certified Channel Partners (ECC) concluded successfully yesterday in Goa. 140 partners from around the country gathered for 3 days in Goa to enjoy this annual event.

The full day event started with Epson senior management and Business Managers presented their road map and plans for each of the product categories. This was followed in the afternoon session by a fantastic walk through exhibition of all the Epson products placed in the actual potential user settings. The exhibition was a fantastic eye opener for the partners about all the potential applications for the vast range of Epson products. Separate sections for home, banking, retail, hospitality, office etc were set up with simulated environments for the same. This was followed by a fantastic interactive quiz conducted by renowned quiz master Mark Rego. Finally discussions and Q and A was held with key Epson personnel to discuss implementation and strategies to drive Epson share in each segment. In the evening a gala Awards night and dinner was held by the beachside with great entertainment flown in from different parts of the world. At the gala awards night the key performing partners of the previous year were presented awards.

At the meet Epson informed its partners that it has grown by approximately 20% during the year and closed the year 2009 with a market share of 20% in Inkjet printers, 55% in Dot Matrix printers (No. 1) and 15% in Projectors (No. 1). The aim is to grow substantially in these segments in the coming year as well.

Commenting on the meet Mr. Krishna of Savithri Digital Computers, Coimbatore said,The meet was fantastic as we got a chance to understand even better all the opportunities that we have in selling Epson products to various different segments. Needless to say the quiz, the exhibition and the awards night itself was fantastic.
