Fortune Park Vallabha is owned by VA Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a diversified group engaged in property development, hospitality, infrastructure construction and retail businesses.

The property has a selection of 68 well appointed rooms comprising of 34 Standard Rooms, 30 Fortune Club Rooms, and four Suites.
