Jaipur: The UKM Group along with Concept Hospitality Private Ltd. has announced the launch of the first environmental-friendly five-star hotel in Jaipur known as The Fern-An Ecotel Hotel. The luxury elite service hotel is a venture of the UKM group and managed by Concept Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.
The hotel has 85 rooms which are of four types namely `Winter Green (64 rooms), Fern Club (16 rooms), Hazel Suite (four) and Fern Club Suite (one). The hotel boasts four board rooms and banquet/conference rooms with lawn accommodating more than 550 guests. It has speciality dining restaurants - Gourmet Lounge; Lobby Lounge, Grand Trunk Route offering cuisine from Kabul to Kolkata; Conversation, a Restobar, 24 hours coffee shop and Grunge, The Fashion and Music Lounge. The hotel also has `Tamra', an open spa.
Anand Mishra, Managing Director, The Fern-An Ecotel Hotel said, "The actual realisation of the Ecotel Certification Programme will come in many varied forms such as decrease in operating expenses; heightened employee morale; interest and pride at the work place; improved inter and intra community relationships and better occupancies."
