Mumbai: Cadbury, which made its debut in the chewing-gum sector in 2007 with the launch of Trident, is planning to launch its Trebor Extra Strong mints brand into the chewing gum sector in India, according to reports.
Trebor Extra Strong Gum will be supported by £2.5mn marketing spend. The product will be rolled out from next month. Cadbury said that it is aiming for a 20% share of the UK market. Last year, Cadbury shifted responsibility for all brands handled by Publicis into the Saatchi & Saatchi Fallon group, the report stated.
