Mumbai: FieldFresh Foods, a joint venture between Bharti Enterprises and Del Monte Pacific Ltd, has launched a range of health fruit drinks in Mumbai.
The JV also offers fresh and processed fruits and vegetables in the domestic as well as international markets.
According to Del Monte, the new range of fruit-based drinks is natural with no cholesterol and artificial preservatives. The fruit juice content in the Del Monte fruit drinks is considerably higher than many other fruit drinks available in the market. Del Monte Fruit Drinks will be available in 15 Indian cities like in Delhi (NCR), Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Goa, Dehradun, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Jammu, Jaipur and Chandigarh.
The new range of fruit drinks includes pineapple fruit drink (with pulp) that is full of juicy bits of real Pineapple creating a delicious, 100% natural and healthy drink. The pineapple orange fruit drink is a sweet pineapple drink, which is rich in Vitamin C having a tangy flavour of orange and four seasons fruit drink which offers a blend of pineapple, mango, orange and guava. The range of fruit drinks will be available at Rs 25 each in 240ml cans.
As per the company statement, the fruit drinks are packaged in smart slim cans and will be available across Mumbai in Spencers, Trent (Star Bazaar), Hypercity, Food Bazaar, Godrej-Natures Basket, Megasave (Shoprite), Haiko, Sahakari Bhandaar, Coffee Day Xpress and others. Other Del Monte product range in India also includes packaged fruits, ketchup & sauces, whole kernel corn, Italian pastas, table olives and olive oil.
