Pancakes, however, can be of different types. Laced with its nutritional qualities these delicious apple pancakes are sure to make your lunch or dinner truly pulsating. It is quite simple to rustle up this sweet dish. If you want you can easily prepare it at home.
As ingredients for your apple pancake you will require the following:
100 gm flour
2 eggs
250 ml milk
1 tsp oil
3 egg whites
150 gm castor sugar
These last two ingredients will be required for sweet topping or Meringue.
You will also need to prepare a filling for this dessert. It will consist of 750 grams of apples; 1 lemon; 1 tablespoon of butter grated and rind; 25 grams of raisins; 25 grams of chopped candy and 2 to 3 tablespoon of sugar. Remember to peel and then chop your apples.
For preparing it you will have to prepare crepes. For this you need to mix liquid ingredients, flour. This mixture has to be left for 15 minutes. Oil your cooking pan and then add the apples in the butter. Once the apples have softened add the remaining ingredients. Then prepare the toppings; put the apple pancake in an oven to serve hot. Your apple pancake will thus be ready to taste in a jiffy.
