Mirchi Movies Entering Bollywood With Mujhe Zinda Karo |

There is another company coming to the production sector of the Bollywood film industry named the Mirchi Movies. The company is actually a subsidiary of the Times Infotainment Media and Mirchi Movies will be operating all the activities like producing, co-producing and acquiring films. In order to start all their activities, the Mirchi Movies has already signed an agreement with the production company named Karol Bagh Films that is run by Satish Kaushik and Anupam Kher. Apart from this deal, the company is also in talks with some other major companies in the entertainment industry.
As Mirchi Movies signed the deal with Karol Bagh Films, the two companies together has emerged as a large production company in the industry and while talking about the deal, the Managing Director of Times Group, Vineet Jain said, "Mirchi Movies is the next logical step for us in the entertainment space. Through this company, we intend to create, own, and exploit valuable film content across Hindi and southern languages".
He also informed that Mirchi Movies has already allotted a large amount of money for its venture into the film entertainment/motion picture business. According to Vineet, their first project will be the film named Mujhe Zinda Karo (working title) and the famous director Satish Kaushik will direct the film. The film is going to be based on a real life incident.
While talking about their other plans, the officials from Mirchi Movies said that apart from doing films in cooperative basis, they will produce their own feature films as well and co-producing and acquiring motion picture content are also included in their planning. The Director of Times Group, A P Parigi was talking about the matter and he said, "Given our relationships and reach through radio and other media vehicles, we have a strategic advantage for content creation, as well as for marketing content in Hindi and southern languages".
The director of the very first film of Mirchi Movies, Satish Kaushik was also looking very happy about the deal with the company and he has already made the script for the film. He was also talking about the content of the upcoming film and said, "Both parties are really excited about this film because the script is king. Films based on real life have a major draw worldwide. In fact even the west is completely enamoured by `reality-based` cinema". Adding something to Kaushik`s words, the COO of Mirchi Movies, Monish Purii said, "Mujhe Zinda Karo is an influential feature film that illustrates the power of determination. We believe Satish Kaushik will create yet another new mark with this film".
