Madhuban Resort and Spa in Gujarat becomes partially operational |

Gujarat-based business firm Elecon Engineering Company Ltd. has launched its maiden hospitality venture `Madhuban Resort and Spa; in Anand, Gujarat. Now, two F&B outlets have opened for business on the resort premises and the resort`s rooms are likely to start operations shortly.
Madhuban Resort and Spa is spread across an area of 6,50,000 sq ft, which houses 81 rooms that include 30 Deluxe rooms, 30 Gali cottages, ten Junior suites, two Deluxe suites and a presidential suite. However, the rooms are not operational at this stage.
The spa at Madhuban will offer Kerala-style spa treatment and will be equipped with multiple treatment areas, massage rooms, whirlpools, saunas, steam rooms and plush lounges, said a company official closely associated with the hospitality development.
At present, the 86 cover multi cuisine restaurant, `The Banyan Tree` and 72 cover coffee shop, 24 seven have opened for business. The rooms are likely to follow suit shortly. The banquet facility at Madhuban covers more than 3,000 sq ft and is equipped to house 200 guests for MICE purposes. The resort has been positioned for business and leisure clientθle.
