Frozen yogurt chain Cocoberry opens its third outlet in Mumbai

Gurgaon-based Horizon group`s premium frozen yogurt chain Cocoberry is going to open its third outlet in Mumbai on June 7, 2009 as part of company`s first phase of expansion in India. The company`s outlets are already present in Delhi and Hyderabad.

The brand further plans to open at 32 locations in India by the end of the second quarter of 2010. The company has planned to extend to 1,500 locations in India, South East Asia and the Middle East by the end of 2015, according to GS Bhalla, executive director and CEO of Cocoberry.

Bhalla added, "Cocoberry has brought to India premium frozen yogurt for the first time. Our guests have the opportunity to create their own delectable frozen dessert with a variety of toppings. We have designed the Cocoberry store in such a way so that it will appeal to the young and the young at heart. We not only strive to delight our guests with the most delicious dessert options in the city, but also healthier choices."

The Cocoberry menu has all-natural frozen yogurt selections with a selection of fresh fruits toppings including blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, dragon fruit, strawberries, mango, pineapple, pomegranate and kiwi. The dry toppings include mini oreos, almonds, gummi bears, marshmallows, captain crunch, white choco chips, snickers, chocolate sprinkles and much more. Along with frozen yogurt, fresh fruit platters, fruit and yogurt smoothies, green tea and organic coffee is also served at the store.
