Sreejita and Rashmi Desai in to be seen in Colors` Uttaran post leap |

As reported earlier, Colors show "Uttaran` is going to have generation leap and post leap Sreejita De will play Ichcha while Rashmi Desai will essay the role of Tapasya.
Sreejita De, who had earlier played the lead in Star One`s Annu Ki Hogayee Wah Bhai Wah and Rashmi Desai, of Pari Hoon Main fame have bagged the substantial roles in one of the top rated shows of Colors.
According to an industry source, "Ichcha`s role will be played by Sreejita while Rashmi will essay Tapasya`s role. Ichcha who has had dreams of changing her fate and live happily grows up to be a simple yet beautiful girl, while Tapasya will be the glamorous and self-centred girl."
There is a buzz that the girls will fall in love with the same guy which will ultimately add a grey shade to Tapasya`s character. The post leap shoot will begin from the first week of May, and the leap will be aired soon after IPL, probably in the last week of May.
The source added, "There was also a buzz of Uttaran being changed to a time slot of 7, but the last few weeks have been very good in terms of numbers for the show, and this in fact might prompt the channel and production house to stick to the present 10 PM slot."
It is also reported that the channel is working out a good promotional strategy for the leap of Uttaran, and hoardings of the girls will be put up soon. Also, the title track will be shot with the leading girls in the next few days.
