Speedo launches spring-summer collection |

Speedo has launched its Spring/Summer 2009 collection combining elite technology, revolutionary fabrics and innovative designs, which is the very best in cutting edge sportswears.
This Spring/Summer range includes Speedo Performance `Team Range`, which is the `Kick back` style that includes an inner-bust support system for curvier women. This range will make sure one feels comfortable, fashionable and confident in the pool.
`Flipturns Range` includes cable knit prints and tartan fabrics to help achieve maximum standout. `Essentials Range` offers suits which provide swimmers with advanced technology, whilst classic training and racing styles are available in this season`s hottest colours. This range is priced at Rs. 999 to 2799.
Speedo Sports collection has also restored its original water shorts and incorporated bonded seams using similar technology as seen at the Beijing Olympics on the record breaking Speedo LZR Racer suit. Revolutionary technology used in the ground breaking Speedo LZR Racer suit has been adapted and applied to the new 2009 Sports range. The collection also benefits from a quick dry fabric which is used throughout the range. A new draining system ensures that the pockets do not fill with water, useful when getting out of the ocean or pool. This range is priced at Rs. 599 to 799.
Speedo Eco- Friendly goggles is now the first swimwear manufacturer to remove all plastic packaging from across their entire eyewear range and replace PVC with environmentally friendly EVA packaging in their headwear range. Eliminating the equivalent of a 747 jumbo jet, over 346 tons of plastic and PVC has been replaced with environmentally friendly materials.
In this goggle range, a free reusable pouch partly constructed from mesh and Speedo swimwear fabric off-cuts is available. The range includes- Competition Racing, Fitness Training, Active Essentials, junior 6-14 Years and Junior 2-6 Years.
The Wellbeing collection offers environmentally conscious women style and freedom of movement in both swimwear and apparel. This range is priced at Rs. 399 to 799.
